When you use the Platform through a web browser, you can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings. The mobile app may use on-device storage and similar technologies rather than browser cookies to support sign-in and preferences. Disabling cookies in your browser may limit certain web-based Platform features.

Account Deletion
Users can delete their account at any time from the Profile section within the app. When a deletion request is made, the account will be soft-deleted — meaning your personal data and activity records will be retained in a deactivated state for up to 6 months in accordance with our data retention policy. During this period, your data will not be visible or accessible through the app. After 6 months, your account and associated data will be permanently deleted from our systems, unless required to be retained for legal or compliance purposes. - Permissions: On the web, your browser will request consent before granting access (for example, microphone for voice search). In the LushLife mobile app, your device’s operating system may prompt you for app-level permissions (such as notifications) when you use features that require them.
- Local storage: On the web, we may use your browser’s local or session storage to save preferences and maintain session continuity without storing them permanently on our servers. The app may use comparable on-device storage for a similar purpose.

11. Assisted Checkout & Transaction Data

Information shared for assisted checkout is limited to what is reasonably required to initiate or complete the transaction with the retailer.

LushLife does not store full payment card details unless explicitly disclosed. Payment information is handled directly by the retailer or its authorized payment processor in accordance with their privacy and security practices.
11.3 Support Communications
If you contact LushLife customer support regarding an order, we may access limited order-related data to assist you, but we do not control the retailer's fulfillment or refund processes.
