Now it’s a 30-minute panic with plastic wrap, screaming, and fear of soaking the central line or cracking the spica cast.

Now it’s you holding baby upright while they arch backward, slide down, or stiffen so hard the regular high chair feels dangerous.

You finally get the onesie on and the G-tube button digs into baby’s belly, or the Broviac tapes stick to the fabric, or milk leaks everywhere and soaks the dressing.

Your baby hasn’t pooped in 4 days and you’re convinced something’s wrong.

You try the classic over-the-shoulder pat and your baby either goes limp, starts arching, or the G-tube pulls.

Your baby falls asleep the second the nipple hits their mouth, or they tire out after 5 minutes and barely get any milk.
